Lace and Freshwater Pearl Barefoot Sandals

I was going through some of my pictures this evening, and came across these photos of barefoot sandals that I made a few years back now.

I don’t believe I ever shared these here.

Since it’s summer, and they are one of my favourite things that I’ve made, I thought I’d post them.

I made these when I was selling some items at a bridal accessories boutique.

These did find a happy home, although I don’t remember the story around their sale, unfortunately.

The pictures don’t include the back of the ankle bracelet, but I believe I had a clasp back there, as opposed to them being on stretchy cord.

I used white cotton lace, freshwater pearl coins, pearl beads, and foiled seed beads, with silver toned chain to go around the toe.

Kind of wish I had these to wear right now! 🙂
