My adopted home of Savannah, GA is the inspiration for my new “Hidden Gems” collection.
A hidden gem is something that may have gone unnoticed or deemed to have no value. I have found so many of these treasures in the past year and a half living here.
Whether it is an architectural detail on a building, or moss on a brick wall or grave marker in a cemetery or the nuances of each park or square. At first glance, all the Spanish moss may make everything look similar, but if you look a little closer, there lies all the Hidden Gems.
I also see these designs as a metaphor for life which isn’t always easy or beautiful or perfect but if we are patient and look a little closer we may find those hidden gems in people, experiences, and situations.
These lovely glass terrariums hold real Spanish moss, gemstones, feathers, shark teeth, shells, stones, etc. Each one is unique.
The globe and cloche glass vials with pretty adorned tops in antique bronze hang on a matching chain and are available in 24″ and 28″ inch length.
