My sister took care of her ailing husband until he passed away of ALS 4 years ago. Two years ago, she discovered she has heart disease which runs in our family.

She had triple bypass surgery and still isn’t very strong. She gets depressed and has episodes of anxiety.

I decided to make an encouragement charm bracelet for her and found charms that will lift her spirits. She will be reminded of my love for her when she wears it.

I told her I might make a piece of jewelry for her Christmas gift. She looked through her wardrobe and asked me to use black beads.

I loved making a personal, meaningful charm bracelet for her!
