Pretty package

While making one of a kind pieces is the most fun, I’ve had good luck with fundraiser projects too.

My friend (both of us breast cancer survivors) runs the Boston Marathon for Dana-Farber Cancer Research.

My friend is running again (her 11th) for a another friend of ours who has cancer.

She loves Ladybugs and so we designed a rather simple necklace that sold for $40 with $15 donated to Dana-Farber.

Production

So far we have sold over 170 necklaces.

Diane was so pleased when she heard the number of sales go up and up.

Unfortunately, she recently passed away.

I saw almost all 170 necklaces at the wake and funeral.

She was a loved and amazing lady and felt the support with the purchases of the Ladybug necklace.
