Autumn Leaf Mixed Media Pendant

I had this gorgeous enameled leaf brooch I didn’t wear anymore, and wanted to incorporate it into a necklace.

I also had a package of mixed fiber strings that were in the same color scheme I wanted to create, so I decided to blend the two items together.

I wire-wrapped sections of beautiful multicolored green/gold Czech glass beads, mustard-yellow Jasper beads and added these to a gold chain.

The fiber strands are wire-wrapped to the ends of the chain sections, and then to the lobster clasp.

For a touch of whimsy and to fill up the space between the leaf and the necklace, I added an opaque, acrylic pumpkin.

I created drop earrings out of the same Jasper beads and Czech glass beads to match the necklace.
