This was made from air dry clay.

I then used acrylic paints and finally sealed for durability.

I decided to pair with the lovely red agate pebbles I had brought some time earlier and finished with bronze tone findings for a rustic appearance.

I used a magnetic clasp.

The lightness of the clay pendant is offset with the weight of the pebbles and quite comfortable to wear .

  1. A charming pendant, and an upbeat-feeling necklace, Jennie. Nice claywork, and I especially like your painting. The beaded chain is a great color for this pendant, as well as having the openwork areas that feel like air and flight.

  2. Jennie, I love your pendant It’s beautiful and matches perfectly with the agate beads – stunning work, congrats 🙂

  3. I like this a lot. I’ve been using polymer clay for quite a while now but have not tried the air dry yet, I’m afraid it will dry before I can get finished! I love the combination of the clay with the beads too, it’s just lovely. This is something I would wear often, good job!
