What is the Ideal Display Table Height?

I am going crazy hunting for better table options. I know Rena recommends camp tables & I have a couple of those. Love the portability but they are time consuming to set up & I don’t have enough of them.

At the same time I have a small car, tons to pack, and little to no help with setup & teardown at times.

Looking for other display table options but the tallest thing I can find is 36″ & it’s sold out for a month. How tall should I push for, & any ideas on something LIGHT that might work?
