“Violetta” spring inspired earrings

Since I now live in the Desert Southwest, I find my designs this time of the year hearken back to memories of Northern Virginia springs and the riot of flowers, especially daisies and violets, that emerged as the weather warmed.

The “Violeta” earrings were created with handmade artisan pieces from two different artists, the copper daisies and the lampwork glass beads.

I love to use other artists components in my designs; they add such uniqueness and beauty. The copper daisies were used as dangles below the mottled lavender lampwork beads., which were topped with rich purple amethyst rounds. Makes me want to hike through an Appalachian forest !
