Spring Fairy Flowers

I received a custom request to create a choker based in mostly greenish-blues with the theme of Nurture.

After some research and checking through my stone list, laying out some pattern ideas, the customer and I settled on a chrysocolla base with pink tourmaline, pink chalcedony and white howlite accents. She wanted a charm with nurture stamped, so my friend at Lupine Road Designs made it out of silver.

The finished piece turned out so pretty, like a meadow full of fairy flowers, it sits above the collar bones with extra jump rings to adjust the size for wearing slightly shorter or longer.

It took about 4 weeks from start to finish (waiting for the charm to arrive from overseas), but it’s gone off in the mail today to its new owner and I’m looking forward to seeing pictures of her wearing it soon!

Stones used:
4mm all genuine and 3A grade or higher:
– chrysocolla
– pink tourmaline
– pink chalcedony
– howlite

Copper clasp and rings
Green naturally dyed leather
Argentium silver hand-stamped charm
