Spring Dreams Necklace

I call this necklace Spring Dreams because of the soft and dreamy pastels punctuated by these cool swirly Malachite tube beads I found!

Spring Dreams Necklace

The etched rose quartz beads form the base, with tiny round Chrysocolla beads adding a pretty counterpoint of pale green. The shape of the marbled Malachite tubes inspired me to triangulate them around the 24″ length; popping a Chrysocolla bead at the point of each triangle.

I finished with doubled strands of the green Chrysocolla beads to form a loop at one end, and to capture a Malachite bead at the other, for a perfect toggle clasp!

I made sure to use a 49 strand beading wire slender enough to go thru my beads multiple times for this design. You can see the goldfilled Magic Crimp findings at the junction of quartz and doubled Chrysocolla beads.
