Quills and Fossils Necklace
by Liz Juneau.
(Savannah, Georgia USA)
This necklace uses repurposed natural elements such as African Crested porcupine quills, a rough gemstone and fossils.
The porcupine quills were a gift from a friend who volunteers at a zoo. The stones and fossils were found objects.
I used a spent bullet casing and bronze colored wire to capture the components and added a moss agate stone to the top. It hangs on a simple leather cord. I love to use natural elements since no two are the same.
