Non-Pierced Earrings

Two years ago, I ripped my earlobe, and was told not to wear earrings for a month at least. I couldn’t bear the thought, so I went home and made the first pair of these.

This is my fourth pair. I’ve discovered that I can wear copper (I’m allergic to most metals other than sterling silver and gold), so I wrapped the magnesite beads in some 18 ga round copper wire that has oxidized itself a little from being ignored for a long time.
