A while back I posted under the title Still Kumihimo after all these years.

Well, I’m still addicted to beaded Kumihimo jewelry but trying to do new things with the process.

A friend showed me how to “kumihimo” but with a rattail silk cord in the center for items using 8/0 seed beads.

It gave it a slightly firmer look without collapsing.

But what to do with 6/0 beads?

I now use large gauge wire as the core to create an adjustable cuff/bangle beaded Kumihimo bracelet for those who hate fiddling with clasps.
