Flower Lariat Necklace

Jade Flower Lariat

I am always on the lookout for interesting cuts, shapes and colors of gemstones, so when I found these carved flower beads made of jade, agate and fluorite, I had to buy them.

I knew they needed to be showcased in a necklace and decided to try making a lariat with them. I used a simple textured ring large enough for the stone to slip through–something I picked up in a pack at my local craft shop!

I originally bought 12 flower beads, and this is only one of two left in my stash!

The lariat style puts the spotlight on the stone and the white glass pearls make this a timeless piece of jewelry!
