Breath of Spring: gold-filled earrings with light yellow Swarovski flower

I was rooting through my bead stash when I saw some yellow Swarovski crystal flower beads that I have had for some time but had not come up with a design for them yet.

This light yellow flower calls to mind how the Forsythia blooms always herald Spring when I was attending school in beautiful North Carolina.

So, with gold-filled findings and some small Czech pressed leaves, I created the first “Breath of Spring” hoop/dangle earrings.

I loved how they came out and created a silver version with pale pink and lavender flowers and Argentium silver hoops and ear wires.
