Rio Grande sells a fairly good-sized bottle for under $10.

I love to torch. I certainly will have to watch the YouTubes on coloring, I can’t get the vibrant colors you got. I always seal my copper with some kind of quality non-yellowing UV protective clear sealer. Can be matte, satin, gloss, etc. It has helped keep the colors and from turning people’s skin green.
Beautiful work on your jewelry!

I shave used vintaj metal sealer after flaming and it works well.

Where do you find the Osmacote you mentioned to retard firescale?

I have found that sealing with Protectaclear will keep the majority of the colors and seal the copper from further patina. That being said, anything you put on the copper will inhibit the light from reaching the metal and refracting true thus muting certain colors, most notable the blues which are my favorite colors.

I especially like the earrings in photo 3 – the contrast of the texturing on the rectangular pieces against the smooth round pieces.
