Vintaj has some awesome patina products in many colors including metal colors. Made to bond to metals, not sure if it can be removed? I have used it a lot and it wears really well.

Nail polish for sure, also “Rub n Buff” works great and comes in different metallic hues, also removable with acetone polish remover~

I was going to suggest Gold Nail polish as well. I use it all the time in my jewelry making, and if you want to remove it, it comes right off with polish remover…very inexpensive and looks great!
