Hi Moogie … yes, it does seem that we have some loves in common! This would definitely be a good technique to use for scratched chandelier crystals! And I agree, they could all be pendants.

It’s just about time for these to see the light of day again!

Hi, Rena! Thank you for sharing this post again! 🙂

Color, tissue paper, & crystals! I have a few old chandelier crystals with scratches that would be great to salvage using this technique.
As for wearing them—they could all be pendants in the right season! I love the vivid blue with the cross. Thanks for sharing this artsy idea.

I know what you mean about cutting lace, but I usually use lace that is on something that I can’t really use in another way, so at least it is out there being able to be enjoyed by me, or others. It is so lovely to work with, I find!

Thanks for entering the fun and telling me your favourites! 🙂 I love the crosses too. Any of these may very well end up as pendants.

My favorite is the pendant. I love the cut up lace and am looking to try it too. But I have a hard time cutting up that lovely lace. I have to get over that. Second on my list are the crosses. I would love these as pendants. You have inspired my vintage treasure searching again. Thanks for sharing.

I’m so surprised that you remember my green leather heart earrings, and that they also spanned more than one season! 🙂 . I still have some chandelier crystals left, so we’ll have to see what else I can do with them at some point.

A lovely way to preserve these elements, and I’m always interested to see the ways you use these chandelier crystals. 🙂 I love your projects that span more than one holiday – like your “Green Heart Earrings – Valentines to St. Patrick’s Day and Beyond” a few years ago. 🙂
