Great that you dropped everything to capture these wonderful bead designs when they happened. And I love how you used the bird beads as flocks instead of individuals – it makes a great visual impact.

I know what you mean about wonderful vintage beads that modern beads can’t begin to approach. I’ve seen that with various vintage manmade beads I’ve been working with – the quality, textures, and colors of them are far superior to any modern manufactured beads I’ve seen. (And of course, they tend to cost more too.)
