In addition, there are a lot of stones you don’t want to tumble. The easiest method I have found is to use a pair of flat nose pliers, preferably with nylon tips, grab the wire 1/3 of the way down and GENTLY twist until I get good springback, usually just 4-5 times. This method will also test your solder join. Better you find out than your customer.
