I started doing something similar by sending a pair of Faux Druzy Stud Earrings with each purchase and I think it’s really encouraged those buyers who may not have normally added a review, to do so! I make them with Faux Druzy Cabachons and either a GP or SP flat back post, gluing the post to the back of the cabachon & add a matching earring back! It doesn’t cost me hardly anything, but I think it makes a HUGE difference to the customer!! For my Men’s Jewelry, I make a quick simple complimenting Bracelet, which I order beads ahead of time for online, so I am able to keep a stash of inexpensive beads on hand to make something inexpensive on my end. It is SO worth it! And I LOVE the Key Chain idea! I may have to try that!

I occasionally send a thank you gift but more often I forget. I will be more conscientious about this process. Thanks again!

But I also include a gift of a similar stone in the package. Of course, my customers are all dedicated natural stone lovers and like to add them to their collections. !

Sometimes on large orders or really long term repeat customers I’ll create a bracelet or earrings from my stash too. Customers love it and I enjoy doing it.

I tend to make beaded bookmarks and magnets plus throw in some candy suckers (dum dums) just as a little something extra. I want there to be no question that it’s all handmade and from the heart.
