I love both of these sets that you have made! I have enjoyed taking apart jewelry and refashioning it into sets. Bravo…. I hope I can make something this beautiful soon!

I tried all but consulting an expert (I don’t know any LOL!) get this…when I googled birds egg beads, my own set showed up in the images! At first I thought I’d found the beads LOL! How it got there is beyond me but it had only been there 6 hours when I found it. I’ll keep looking though!

They are really very pretty and the colors are great !
I know that there are several things to look for when distinguishing between Antique beads and Vintage beads. Whenever I’m trying to ID an old bead, I find that the internet is the place to turn (unless you know a bead expert that can look at the beads for you).
I use keywords that describe the bead such as “glass” “speckled” “oval” “vintage” and phrases such as “vintage bead identification”, “types of vintage beads” “speckled vintage beads”, etc.
Another place to look that I’ve found helpful is to look in Google Images. For your search, I entered Vintage Speckled Glass Beads and lots of images could be seen. I didn’t see your particular beads, but I didn’t look at all of the images.
I hope you will get some research ideas from my comments and have as much fun as I do when trying to learn more about old beads.

Your Mother of Pearl set will go with many colors and styles of outfits, and the tiny, sparkling beads make a nice accent. Your “Birds Egg” necklace is a fun idea. Love those vintage beads!
