Selling Jewelry Made from Project Instructions: Is it OK?

I would like to know if it’s okay to sell jewelry that you learned how to make in a class, or from projects in beading magazines, or online.

Ex. You learn how to do a new technique such as wire wrapping, or clustering beads, bead knotting or you like the style of a project but use different materials than those use in that project.

If so, how do you go about listing or representing these pieces. In your description do you give credit to the original designer? A single strand of Pearls or a single strand of beads there’s really not a big difference in style just materials.
