I’m pretty sure the technique I used was no doubt from one of your lessons. I taped the 2 pieces of wire together at various points. Then mark on both wires with a sharpie where the bends are. Oh, here’s another thing I got from you — I bought a ring mandrel prompted by your ring tutorials to create consistency in the curves. The smaller half was curved around ring size 7, the larger was ring size 9. Then something I actually thought of myself — no, wait! I think the idea for it came from your book about making an image using the printer copy feature. I made a copy of my first prototype and then used that as a template to gauge the shape. Well, Rena. Your ideas have permeated my conscious and subconscious! 😀

I love seeing what you’ve been making with what you learned from my wire class!

And what impresses me the most about your heart earrings is how symmetrical they are to each other! To me that’s always a bit tricky to accomplish with wire earrings, but you’ve done a beautiful job of matching them. I also really like your design for these asymmetrical hearts – very nicely done.

What a treat to see the great wirework you’re doing! 🙂
