Rainbow Agate Necklace

Out of all of the variety of stones that mother nature creates, Agates are one of my favorites. I chose this Fuchsia colored banded agate pendant encircled by a silver bezel to use as my focal point for my Rainbow of colors necklace.

This was something I wanted to make for spring and summer seasons but really can be worn any time of the year. It is a bold and chunky necklace with bright and vivid colors of purples, greens, blues, with the pink, fuchsia, and orange colors standing out.

The bail is made of layers upon layers of silver wire wrap connected by a necklace made of mother of pearl rondelle beads.

The agate pendant is decorated with a cluster of beads, made with Swarovski crystals, mother of pearl nuggets, and orange coral. The necklace is 20 inches and can be lengthened to 22 inches. The agate pendant Agate pendant is 1 1/2 inches (40mm) by 1 1/4 inches (32mm).
