It’s like Rosanna took Charles E. Burchfield’s doodles and brought them to life. I think he would be honored to see what his “creatures” look like off the page! I’m in love with insects for the first time in my life. What fun!

I am so proud of your accomplishment! What an honor for you to be picked to duplicate Charles Burchfield’s work. The pictures do not do them justice. In person they are exquisite!

I had to put myself in his head what he was thinking when he created his doodles cause u think doodle as being created when you are not really thinking but with him it was much more than that. This project has been an honor as well as fun. I continue to make them for Burchfeild and people love them. Thank You for posting.

And an interesting challenge to turn Burchfield’s two-dimensional designs into three-dimensional artwork. Fabulous work – I’m especially fond of your Doodle Bug.

Thanks so much for sharing these with us! 🙂
