Pearl Strand with Lapis lazuli

I just finished this cultured Akoya peals necklace that I designed it for myself. I always have this obsession with pearls, but I was afraid that pearl strand is way too formal for me.

I love the dark blue color of lapis lazuli beads and I like the contract between light and dark colors.

I had several designs on how to place the lapis beads, and I finally decided to go for the more random and asymmetrical design.
