Need Suggestions for Setting Up at a Forthcoming Craft Show

Hi Everyone-

First of all a big thanks to Rena for this website. This is helping me a lot as I am in the process of setting up my new Jewelry business soon. It is very informative and helpful.

I recently turned my hobby of jewelry making into selling jewelry. I will be doing my first craft show in June and going to the Cambridge River Arts festival in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

I make necklaces, earrings and bracelets and need some suggestions for how much quantity of these items should I be taking with me so that I don’t end up sitting idle within a few hours with no items left and also with not a lot of unsold stuff at the end of the day. I just need a ballpark figure.

Also, I will be renting a 10’x10′ tent as it’s an outdoor event ad my site would have two exposed sides, so what kind/size of tables should I be using? I want to do tiered display on the tables using beautiful jewelry displays I have and some covered shoe boxes. I would appreciate any other kind of suggestions for the display.
