If your prices are below $40, you can sell a lot in a regular 9am-3pm day, but since your show is only 2 hours, I wouldn’t worry about having more than 100 pairs of earrings. Some of the best advice I’ve gotten is to have different price points, such as items that are low ($20 range), medium ($30-40), and higher priced ($40-60). It’s up to you how you price your items; check out etsy.com to look for comparable jewelry and see what people are pricing their things at…some are waaaay underpricing, and others are over-pricing. If your prices are too low, 1) people will think it’s cheap stuff, 2) you won’t make any money. If your prices are too high, but your work is beautiful, you will sell less pieces. One more thing, although it’s nice to have necklaces and bracelets, earrings are the most popular, and my earring sales are approximately 80% of my total sales. Good luck with your show(s)!

Use different levels and don’t display them on only one display. I do think it would help in the future to branch out and have some necklaces to go with the earrings. Also don’t price them too low. Hope this helps.

IF it is a party-plan deal presentation is paramount to success. this goes for any show.
100 pairs of earrings is nothing if the show is open to the public.
show the product as if it is gold.
