Titanium under repeated flexion, even moderate will cause the titanium to snap. So if there’s going to be any side to side movement of the screwed together pieces, you might want to look for some stainless steel micro fasteners instead of the titanium.

I use anodized titanium wire in some of my work, and have, thus far, found no issues with corrosion. But I have found that stainless steel matches sterling much better than titanium once the sterling begins to take on it’s natural patina.
