My Signature Jewelry Piece

I had the rabbit charm and wanted to make something – my business name is Unique Rabbit Jewellery and this was going to be my special piece.

It was just a plain bronze rabbit and I added a filigree back, left if for months and then painted it, then a few more months and added the flowers and leaves and finally happy, put it aside waiting for inspiration for the rest of it.

Was exploring the multi strand idea but didn’t like them all the way round so stopped it short. A few gemstones were wrapped and added and the whole – even though made over more than a year, came together well.

I wear it with pride now.
