The jumprings should give the earrings movement.

You could also try using beading thread (or I have used my husband’s fishing line) to put your seed beads on, and if you use a clear (like fishing line) after you go through the last bead, you take the line back through the 2nd from the last bead, through all beads you have on the line, create a loop to hang on your earwire and use crimp beads to close/hold everything together. Sounds hard and confusing, but really isn’t.

Look online for instructions on bead weaving and you may come up with many more ideas that will help you.

I guess you could use glue on that bottom seed bead, but that would not be my first choice.
