“My Mauve Garden” Reversible Necklace and Earring Set

Recently I’ve been inspired to do a collection of mauve flower petal jewellery. I love doing this type of petal jewellery in the summer. The petals were taken from fabric hydrangeas with multi-toned petals.

As I’ve been working on this collection, I’ve been seeing the Floral Designer me and the Jewellery Artist me coming together more and more, and it clicked for me that that’s what I want to happen because it brings together both of my careers, and solidifies them into the present.

I’ve even done some rewriting on my social media and store pages to bring that out, because it reflects something unique about me.

“Mauve Petals and Mother of Pearl Earrings”

I mixed the flower petals with a large variety of other elements I had in my stash. Basically, I just got everything out that I had in those tones, and then went to town putting pieces together.

Everything is nice and lightweight for the warm weather, and is reminiscent of a beautiful summer garden in all it’s mauve glory.
