Making a Fine Silver and Enamel Pendant

My first try at working with fine silver and sterling silver finished with enamel.

My husband and I went for three day course with a lovely tutor.

l learnt to solder and fire the piece.

It was my husband’s gift to me for our Ruby wedding.

The back is fine silver and I soldered the top piece on which is sterling silver, after I had cut the pieces out to put the enamel in.

Then I polished it, lol, you can guess it was not that quick – but I loved every minute making it!

Now I’m going to work on the chain for it.
