Leather Starfish Bracelet

I have a sort of “leather look” obsession going on. Here, I have handcrafted a white leather look wide cuff bracelet.
My inspiration came from “not wearing white before Memorial Day”.
It seems the older generation is holding true to that hard fast fashion rule and the younger generation wears white when it suits them.
I melded these two generations of white together and fixed a silvertone starfish to the top, a symbol of summer beach trips.
The “pleather” is a tricky medium. Only the toughest adhesives will make it behave around the aluminum cuff frame.
The starfish feature is wired and glued for extra security.
I always line my cuffs with a soft microfiber and stamp it with my design name “Carolina Clover” and include my web site address.

This is a super cuff. I love it. Thanks for the warning of strong adhesive for this kind of work; although I can’t see myself using this medium as yet. It’s good to know how other acheive such lovely work.
