When I have a variety of materials on my work table, I love to make a variety of pieces that coordinate. Some are matchy matchy, and others are in the same colorway or style but use different variations of materials. I do sell more sets which might be a midwestern thing. But I also have customers who only buy earrings or bracelets so I like to have enough on hand to sell a complete set and individual pieces. Before working from home, I always wore necklaces with matching earrings. I never wear bracelets, but I love to make them.

I don't even match my earrings! I even have an uneven amount of holes in each ear. My right has 11 and my left has 6! Oh, and I'm 56! Hey, that rhymed, sort of, lol. I obviously love mixing it up. I love doing things very differently but I insist on doing it tastefully and while nothing matches it all flows. I wear Bohemian or hippy type clothing and I love a gorgeous ballgown with a leather jacket and I think I do a pretty good job of it all.

I find everyone wants the set, but not necessarily to wear together. For instance, I wear a lot of blue. The necklace I pick to wear depends on the neckline and style of my top. The earrings on whether my hair is up, that neckline again, etc. So, I make and sell mostly sets.
