When I am down and, oh, my soul, so weary;
When troubles come and my heart burdened be;
Then I am sure to visit Lizzy’s website,
‘Til your jewels bring calm and beau-ty.
You raise me up, so I can stand on mountains;
You raise me up to walk on stormy seas;
I am strong when I am on your shoulders;
You raise me up to more than I can be.

I went into remission last month! I truly believe we have the capacity to heal ourselves. Labradorite has been my signature stone and I PERSONALLY have been alleviated by it but make NO medical claims whatsoever. I find that communicating with the stone takes time and patience but there IS energy and positive energy and healing forces in gemstones that have been documented to heal over thousands of years. Just BELIEVE!!!!!

I too have RA (for 35 years) and was forced to abandon a high pressure, high tech career shortly after I was diagnosed. When I discovered beading and jewellery-making, it was a life-saver.
I enjoyed your beautiful creations; they brightened up a grey, rainy day and have inspired me to do better.
Coming from a tech background (you can take the girl out of the tech but not the tech out of the girl, I suppose), I was taken by your website design. It’s beautiful and totally functional; I love the home page slide show.
I do have one suggestion… some of your pictures are distorted. Your pieces are so lovely, I hated to see them at less than their best.
Your webpage specifies dimensions of 315 x 420 for all images and you, or someone, has adjusted the images to fit. Unfortunately, this can cause distortion if the image is “stretched” or “squished” to fit.
If you go to your Three Purple Mice and “stretch” the jpg to 420 x 420 then it looks “normal”. To make it fit you need to crop off some space from the top or bottom not squish the image to a smaller height.
I don’t want to hijack this thread with non-jewellery stuff so if you want to discuss this further or if you need help please feel free to email me.
Again, well done; I am so impressed.
Hugs, Sandra
