Same problem. I have the JDM Deluxe and have been using it for years. My computer was dying and my husband was afraid I might loose all of my data. I tried to reload it onto another computer and it did not work. To make a long story short, he is a computer programmer and with the Facebook Jewelry Designer Manager forum input he has decided to rewrite the software from scratch. A lot of folks are thrilled with this and he is keeping them up to date with progress. One lady said that a Go Fund Me should be set up to help with the costs! I would recommend that you should find their forum on Facebook and follow along. I hope this helps.

Hi Dianne, I also already had JDM, but now the program won’t work for me. I did everything per the email notifying about the discontinuation—updated, did a back up and now, it keeps asking for some qlmlicense that I do not have. I would love to connect with you and see if there’s something else I can do. It’s been very upsetting, as I have no way to access my inventory.

It can be used for bookkeeping and is free unless you have a need for payroll service, there is an additional for the payroll. It will require you to setup your chart of accounts but your can run your bank info thru it too. I am an accountant for several small businesses, some only require an annual report but they can go on line to my wave setup and look at their company records, which only they and myself are able to see. Take a look at it, it might solve your needs.

It’s the best and you can access it on line any time anywhere. Very affordable. Much better than Jewelry Designer. Deborah

About £30 when I bought it 5 years ago.
