How Do You Work with Large Hole Beads?

Does anyone know of a product that will sufficiently fill large-hole beads so that they don’t wobble around on wire and so they will sit evenly on stringing material?

Sometimes seed beads are too small and e-beads are too big.

I considered air-dry clay…seems too time-consuming and labor-intensive.
