How Do You Organize Daily Jewelry Making Tasks?

I am novice when it comes to jewelry making. Many years ago I was active doing all sorts of crafts, like sewing, macramè and others.

Recently I felt I needed something non-digital to let my hands work and my mind wander, so I found this. So happy I did!. I only make for myself and for family and friends currently. Still feel I need to learn more.

Hovering over yet another time consuming piece. I wonder.. Crafting takes such a long time and I wonder how you guys organize everything else that needs to be done. Marketing, sales, promotion, advertising etc. How does an ordinary day of an jewelry artisan look like? How do you manage it all?
