I figured out I wasn’t applying the same amount of tension throughout the bracelet. At first I thought it was the type of stringing material I used or the thickness of the leather cords; but it didn’t matter. When I started to loosen up my stitching (weaving) I finally got a long wrap bracelet which layed flat. Maybe its the same thing with your necklace?
