Turn each penny into a charm with a small hole and jump ring, then add to a larger link curb type bracelet. This way not only do you get to wear your memories, its a great conversation started!

I made her a dangle charm bracelet and matching drop earrings. I added wire wrapped bead charms between the pennies for a pop of color and she loved it.

The first thing that popped into my head was a tiered necklace with pennies as dangles, kind of like my Two Tier Bib Necklace Tutorial. However, with pennies, that kind of necklace might get uncomfortably heavy.
