“Handyman Special” Jewelry

Recently I was a vendor in a Re-purposed Market craft show, meaning that all items in the show were to be somehow recycled from their original use. This rekindled my passion for making found object jewelry and I had a blast!

I came across this tiny old hammer head at a flea market, and thought “Hmmm, what can I do with this?”

With the addition of some wire, Czech glass beads and part of an old folding ruler I ended up with a pendant that’s definitely different!

It works only because the hammer head was so tiny. Hopefully I can find more of these someday!
