Hand painted Crow/Raven pendant.

My one of a kind, hand painted pendants start out by first sketching my original design on paper.

Each is made from a slab of porcelain that is hand cut to compliment the sketch in both size and shape.

From there, I lightly pencil my drawing onto the porcelain.

With tiny brushes and a jeweler’s magnifying glass, the painting is outlined and painted in with underglazes.

Great Horned Owl pendant

Every piece is signed on the back before firing in a kiln.

I especially love to paint birds and other wildlife.

Bluebird pendant

My background in painting, and combined with my interest in ceramics and clay has inspired me to merge these two mediums to create my unique pendants.
