Fall Leaf Button Bracelet

I found these nice quality plastic leaf shank buttons at Joann’s and turned them into this design.

I used a length of antique brass memory wire and began adding the buttons.

Serendipitously, I found that when I jammed them against each other, they overlapped in an organic way, looking like fallen autumn leaves do.

Overlapping Leaves

I mixed colors and oriented some up and some down and tapered each side to smaller sizes from the main focal.

I finished it off with round antique brass beads and made sure all beads were tightly jammed together as I made each loop at the ends.
