Fading Alcohol Ink on Copper Even Though Coated

The set after being sprayed

Has anyone had experience with alcohol inks on copper fading, even though the pieces have been spray coated?

The earrings after a month

The earrings in the set have faded within a month while the pendant seems fine; the earrings have been worn more.

I used a Krylon acrylic spray.

I’d appreciate any help you can give me!
