Imperfect is my perfect! I love rustic ( and rusty!), distressed jewellery pieces that look like they’ve already had an interesting life or might have been dug from the earth after hundreds of years.

A twisted piece of patinaed metal on a battered leather cord? Yep, I love that!!

I’m currently making acid etched metal jewellery, mainly copper. Copper pipe, roofing strips, scrap. They all excite me at the moment!

I love ethnic design and pattern, colourful silks and textiles, delicate touches of metallic thread, the occasional sparkle…

My recent cuff bangles, etc, have obviously, yet unintentionally, been inspired by this.

I hand draw somewhat ethnic inspired doodles and designs, etch, then clean and add colour, which is then roughed up to give an imperfect, distressed look.

I’ve had lots of positive feedback and am hoping to finally take the (huge) leap into selling my wares! I hope you like them!
