If you think copycats abound in the world of jewelry designers, you should see the proliferation of website copycats out there on the internet! Stealing entire websites is effortless compare to physically creating something with your hands – it was rampant.

I was a Web Developer for over a decade and saw it all – some even copying clients’ sites down to pulling graphics directly from my server (fortunately, I knew how to configure it to thwart these bandwidth thieves). I even received inquiries for websites EXACTLY like a competitor’s. These requests were flat-out unethical! Needless to say, I turned away these jobs.

People ARE lazy and looking for a quick buck or praise (never seems to happen for them no matter what the environment may be), but I also believe many can’t (or don’t care to) distinguish the difference between INSPIRATION and THEFT.

What goes around, comes around…you can bank on that.

? my partner and I are just getting started from square one. our problem is or I should say is what do you do when you reach a point when you can no longer meet the demand because of manufacturing. how do you locate a good manufacturer to produce our product.
