Crackle 2-tier necklace

My daughter wanted a 2-tier necklace made from these light blue Crackle beads she found in my stash.

I don’t remember seeing this concept before; however, because I love versatility, and believe in getting more ‘bang for your buck’, I decided to add 2 lobster clasps to the shorter (inner) piece.

This way she could wear as a 2-tier necklace attached to the longer piece, or she could wear them separately!

Also, because using the two lobster clasps gives her the choice of how long she wanted to inner tier to be.

On the shorter piece, I used headpins to make the simple loops on the beads and gold tone chain for separation.

On the longer piece for the connections I used 9mm gold tone open jump rings.
