Contract for Jewelry Sales Rep

Hi I am going to act as a sales rep for a jewelry line of a colleague and I would like to get a standard sales rep agreement drafted and signed.

Where can I get such an agreement and are there any lawyers anyone has used that they would reccomend? Im in Houston Texas.
